FMB Import Inspection
Conduct an import inspection 12 hours after mixing.

Aging
Age at least 12 hours after mixing (stabilization).

Cutting
Cut fabrics to make them fit into a mold.

Molding
Mold patterns by melting rubber by applying pressure.

Sand Bottom
Remove scrap.

Visual Inspection
Inspect appearance defects such as insufficient quantity, poor finishing, etc.

Shipment Inspection
Measure size before shipment and ship products found acceptable after measuring hardness.
